FAQs

  • Yes, some items do cost extra. Please ask us before we arrive for a price list on the following items: mattresses, sofas, arm chairs, sofa beds and fridges.

    These come at an additional cost at our partner waste centres as they need to be disposed of separately to other waste if they cannot be reused.

  • Yes, we strictly do not touch asbestos as we do not have the licence to do so. We also do not take any hazardous waste in liquid or gas form.

  • We accept whichever payment is easiest for the customer - cash, card or bank transfer.
